Dimmi Dimmi | Restaurant Brand Identity

Serving up Pasta and Gossip.

Josh Zadikoff and Matt Eckfeld were looking to open a classic red sauce American-Italian restaurant & pizzeria. They imagined it being a go-to spot for families and locals that’s elevated, but not stuffy. A place that’s timeless, comfortable with delicious food and great hospitality. They tapped Hifi to create a brand identity that capture what they’ve dreamt up.

Dimmi Dimmi means “tell me, tell me” in Italian, like the friend who always wants the good gossip and knows what’s for dinner. It’s eclectic, premium and the spot for great conversation...so tell them what you what, what you really, really want.

    Collateral

  • Dimmi Dimmi is a new concept opening in a former, beloved neighborhood Italian restaurant. It’s in an area that’s saturated with places to dine, especially heavy in options for pasta or pizza. Hifi was tasked with creating an identity that could make an impression without coming off as too high brow.

  • Leaning into the communal-side of gatherings, Dimmi Dimmi celebrates timeless stories served around delicious food. The identity takes cues of inspiration from the nonnas in the kitchen, who bring an eclectic liveliness that’s cozy and welcoming. There’s a homeyness to the nonna and a sultry past that fused together is familiar and enticing.
