Andros Taverna | Restaurant Brand Identity

A fresh take on Greek cuisine inspired by region and roots.

HiFi collaborated with acclaimed Chefs Doug Psaltis, Hsing Chen, and Ballyhoo Hospitality of Chicago to craft the overall concept and brand identity of Andros Taverna, a contemporary Greek restaurant inspired by Chef Psaltis’ family heritage and NYC roots. Named one of Esquire's Best New Restaurants in America, Andros Taverna brings unexpected delight to traditional dishes that are naturally at the forefront of healthy eating and wellness.

  • There are many Greek restaurants, (especially in Chicago) but few that offer high quality cuisine without pretentious attitude.

  • Mediterranean cooking is naturally healthy, with a focus on fresh fruits and vegetables and lean proteins.

With the surge of healthy eating awareness in the United States, Chef knew that a contemporary Greek restaurant would do well in Chicago’s Logan Square.
